LG has unveiled its new Gram Pro laptop series in the market, comprising models 16Z90SP and 17Z90SP with 16 and 17-inch screens, and a convertible 2-in-1 version (model 16T90SP), which has been recognized by the Guinness World Records for its extreme lightness. These devices combine an ultra-thin design with long battery life, among other features.
Eduardo Sánchez Navarro, Product Sales Manager for IT at LG Electronics, emphasized, “The new LG gram PRO series offers users a premium experience to take anywhere.” These laptops deliver outstanding image quality, color, and contrast, featuring 100% DCI-P3 color space coverage and an anti-reflective WQXGA+ (2880×1800) OLED display.

The LG gram Pro models (16Z90SP and 17Z90SP) are designed for productivity, portability, and connectivity. They boast an attractive, ultra-thin, and ultralight design, along with comprehensive connectivity options, including HDMI and audio ports, Thunderbolt 4, USB Type-C, USB Type-A, and HDMI. The battery can last up to 27 hours.
These models are equipped with a dual-fan cooling system exclusive to the Pro series, which enhances heat dissipation performance and thermal management. This allows them to handle demanding tasks for extended periods, even when using video editing software or AI image creation tools. They are powered by an Intel Core Ultra processor with hybrid architecture, an NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050.1 graphics card, and Intel’s AI Boost NPU, enabling offline AI functionality.
LG gram Pro 2 in 1: World’s Lightest
The list of new additions to our market is rounded out by the LG gram Pro 2 in 1 (model 16T90SP), which has been listed in the Guinness World Records as the world’s lightest 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop.
With a thickness of 12.9 millimeters and a weight of 1,390 grams, it stands out for its long battery life—over 20 hours—and a wireless pen. It features a 360-degree adjustable hinge, allowing the device to be used in five different modes. The touchscreen boasts an ultra-slim bezel design on all four sides. VRR technology automatically adjusts the refresh rate up to 144Hz1.
Teamwork Enhancement
All three new LG laptops include AI-based features and the LG gram Link app, which simplifies tasks such as intelligently organizing photos stored on the laptop and identifying keywords, thereby facilitating teamwork. This app enables an interconnected system of devices, enhancing file sharing, image transfer, and screen duplication between LG gram (Windows) and Android or iOS devices.
